Everybody starts karate for different reasons, some to reach a level of physical fitness, some for confidence and others for self-defence. No matter what the reasons everybody starts evenly. Our club
A.K Karate is a non contact style of Korean Martial arts suitable for all the family. We take children from age 6 upwards and over 50% of our classes the parents join in too.
